Lake Keowee Home 1
A challenging lot configuration on Lake Keowee with neighborhood restrictions, incredible deep water views and distant mountain ranges beyond all dictated a segmental “V” shaped plan. The clients wanted a Mediterranean Style home with stucco and slate roof as well as many viewing balconies on the lake side. The feeling of being outside while under roof is enhanced by large expanses of two storied glass and an oversized screened area containing a pool and outdoor kitchen. A custom garage for the clients' large personal car collection is concealed from the front elevation so as not to detract from the curb appeal.
