Firm Profile
Design Elite was founded in 1990 by Garry M. Price, AIA. He graduated from Clemson University's School of Architecture in 1977. Prior to starting his own practice Garry worked 13 years for a few various-sized firms in New Jersey and South Carolina.
As with any growing firm, the staff has also grown to successfully meet the needs of our clients. Currently, our staff also includes registered architect Mark Schwerthoffer, a member of AIA. Frankie Riley has been a custom residential designer since 1993 working in both Hilton Head and Greenville, SC. Interior designer Brandon Smith received his B.A. from West Virginia University and has experience as a custom residential designer as well. Kelly LeHew completes our staff as our office manager and allows us to give more personal attention to clients with her administrative support and organizational skills.
Presently our firm serves numerous individuals, contractors and companies in the Southeast. Over the last decade, we have offered residential services for the custom home design, speculative design and multi-family markets. In the commercial field, we have designed professional offices, community clubhouses, medical facilities, banks, religious complexes and retail developments. We also have experience in consultation and administration for both residential and commercial renovation projects.
