We are excited to share that one of our recent projects was honored with an American Residential Design Award (ARDA). The award was presented by the American Institute of Building Designers at their annual conference in San Antonio, Texas. ARDA showcases the nation’s most creative and innovative residential designers, builders, remodelers, architects, land developers, and interior designers. The awards program honors exceptional design in various categories including custom, renovation, working drawings, and projects “on the boards.”
The winning project is an extensive whole-house renovation on the shores of Lake Keowee. The original house was dated and poorly connected to the stunning water view. We reimagined the house as a family retreat, with the addition of hotel-like bedroom suites, extensive outdoor living areas, and removed walls, raised ceilings, and added windows to better integrate the house with Lake Keowee. See more of the project HERE.
We’d like to thank the clients for trusting us to create their home, and Central Signature Homes for bringing our design to life!
